Maybe even the merit of killing people for profit with your business practices is taught in MBA programs alongside the possibility or in some happy world likelihood of being punished accordingly for doing so.

That’s not how corporations work.
They are required to generate a profit for their shareholders. If they don’t, the CEO can be removed by the shareholders and the board and replaced.
