Hey everyone, I decided to try a new AMP after seeing a deal on Rubmaps: 30 minutes for $25, just a 10-minute drive away. But when I got there, they said it’s $30 instead of $25 as advertised. I showed them the ad, but they seemed confused and wanted to take a picture of it on my phone. I think this place might be legit since it’s my first 30-minute massage. Also, during the session, the lady giving the massage didn’t want to undress, which was unexpected. Any thoughts? Leave your comments below!
Rubmaps is not “as advertised”. AMPs don’t have accounts on there to update prices, it’s all user submitted data and I’m pretty sure it’s almost impossible to update once the location is created. Just call next time before going to confirm pricing.
The rubmaps might not be updated. Or they are the new management… Hard to say.
What is the last review date on the rubmaps for that AMP?
In my area at least, the prices are all out of date. So I will generally look up a new place on Google Maps and see what their prices are there to be sure.
