    Wait, sheep can report their surroundings like scouts?

    I remember in C&C: Generals the GLA can produce riotous mobs which are super effective, but have a no visibility, so you have to light up the region either with military units (say a few rebels mixed in) or with nearby surveillance vans.

    Since sheep are livestock I’d expect them to have zero visibility also.

      All units have line of sight and can move by themselves. Cows have less vision than sheep though. Since you start the game with four sheep nearby, it’s common to eat two and use two for scouting. When the first two sheep run out, there’s a celebration dinner for the second two sheep at home
