The first time I read this I thought it said “target creature you control with flying”. I like “without” much better. Actually makes you put some effort into deck construction. It can’t just load itself up with counters; it has to coordinate with other creatures.
Strong agree. Much more of an interesting build around, and makes that mouse all the funnier.
