Why does trump try to alienate black voters than expect them to vote for the dickhead? And why use Kamala's race as even a talking point let alone even a thought?

On saying Kamala’s not black: He doesn’t want her to get the black vote, so he’s trying to tell people she’s not black. I thought it wouldn’t work but then I listened to a voter outreach thing on it.
