I don’t think it is feasible to build one without a massive scope creeping. The grand strategies have very different focuses depending on the era.
Paradox’s historical grand strategies are too complex for my feeble mind so if they make one dumbed down with less mechanics to be compatible with more time periods that would be fine for me.
