To be honest: Maldonado worked really, really hard on each of his penalties, while Ocon seems to have a special place in the stewards’ hearts.
I assume these are the 5sec penalties for going off track they’re handing out like candy
IIRC it’s two 5 and two 10 second penalties for track limits
