    Also: it’s wild how many brands are just outsourced to these folks. It’s got to all be the same waffles, right? But I know the price difference between some of these brands is a stark one.

      It’s mostly the same. For the cheap ones, they might skip a QC process and ship defective ones, or boxes that have the wrong number of waffles.

      For really big manufacturers, they might do runs with cheaper ingredients. But most just do continuous runs with the same stuff and cut costs elsewhere.
