Looks like there is a proposed mechanism for that, but according to the same link it is still not implemented. Also is an extension? So I don’t think it is standardized by the ActivityPub protocol. Weird.

Abusive, rude, or troll behavior is not permitted. Attempting to identify a poster will result in an immediate ban.
