True, but jury nullification doesn’t work if people aren’t aware it’s an option. Just one more example of things that should be required learning in HS
I think they were being facetious and support telling everyone about jury nullification.
The justice system unironically doesn’t want people to know of jury nullification because it means that people can work outside what’s written in the law.
I know, it’s awfully irresponsible to educate folks like that.
