so the “all American f1 team” is just gonna be HAAS 2.0?
Well, no. The “multi-year” part of the headline is fairly clickbaity as GM will provide its own engines from 28 as planned and Cadillac will be a full works team. But Ferrari will provide engines for '26 and '27 which is technically “multi-year”.
That is how F1 works. Only Ferrari and Sauber manage to not be partly dependent on/located in the UK.
I can’t help it… this is still the first thing I think of whenever someone says Cadillac.
Their F1 car will still have wings…just rotated 90 degrees.
I am looking forward to liveries that pay homage to their cars from the 50s and 60s.
Wasn’t it a Cadillac that leaked oil all over the track at the 2023 Las Vegas GP pre-race?
