- Jesus must have existed
- Jesus must have had a message
- Jesus’ message was accurately recorded
- Jesus’ message was accurately transmitted
- Jesus’ message is unambiguous, clear, and understandable
- Modern people like myself have read and understood Jesus’ message
There are at least three steps in that chain that count as miracles. So if your making this argument you might as well be a believer because your 99% of the way there.

I’ve been on a quest to get through the New Testament, if only to quote exactly how bullshit these people are. Jesus doesn’t recommend any of the shit that party does. It’s just a front, projection as always. But if a red hat shows up at my door, I’ll be able to ask them, “How do you think Jesus would react to all this, given what he says in Matthew 25:35? Do you think a belief alone saves you, given what he says in 1 John 3:18? What about James 2:14?”

I read about a theory that Yahweh was originally a war deity in the Hebrew pantheon called Elohim. This would explain a lot about the general behaviour of Abrahamic religions.
