Ah, the judicial kabuki theater begins—slow-clapping the courts for finally noticing the king-toddler’s crayon scribbles on the Constitution. ”Pushing back”? More like ”Oops, our lifetime appointee napkin fort collapsed.”
You think Roberts & Co. care? They rubber-stamped his ”dictator for a day” fanfic until the ratings dipped. Now they’re clutching pearls over presidential immunity like it’s a new flavor of fascism. Sir, your tantrum’s too loud for the country club.
Spineless gavel-jockeys. They’ll hem, haw, then greenlight the next coup-lite speedrun. Democracy’s a constitutional wedgie—we’re all just waiting for the snapback.
Lemme know when he’s locked up, anything else is pure puffery
He might be brought down by a plumber or a hamberder.
Save us plumber!
the very act of push back slows this down, that is itself very important
And Congress sits on their thumbs as their power gets pulled out from under them.
And it will all get appealed to SCOTUS who will rubber stamp him.
I dunno. SCOTUS has been quietly amassing power like the Executive Branch through the likes of the shadow docket. They’re another unchecked power that’s gone amuck, look at the fact they resisted the ethics. Their wording on presidential immunity is purposely vague, they get to decide what’s official with the POTUS, not the POTUS. There’s a high chance they use it to try to “Save” everyone when something particularly nasty comes up to try to get a good light on them and try to amass more power.
Of course… the problem with this plan is a distinct lack of enforcement power the SCOTUS has.
Keep Pushing!
