I used it for a LONG time for various pains. I went from playing hockey, to retail, and… man, both can leave you in pain. Especially if half of everyday is unloading trucks box by box. That being said, overuse can contribute to stomach ulcers. They suck. They hurt. You have to change most of your habits.
Though, I will say, if you want to get out of work because you don’t feel well (because ulcers) vomiting blood from 5 actively bleeding ulcers will make even a shitty walmart manager condone your absence.
