These implements are new to me. I’ve never owned or used one. But apparently they’re very quiet and highly effective discipline. They sting.
Has anyone seen or used one of these and can comment from experience?

I haven’t used one premade like this, but you can make your own by collecting some cord over your shoulder and elbow (like you’re about to store it) and then wrapping the loose cord around one side of the loop to make a handle. A service top showed me how to do that once, and I’ve used it a few times when I didn’t have a flog.
It works pretty well. It’ll leave some lines and make them jump.
