      It is marked as NSFW. Everything I post through lemmynsfw.com seems to be by default, which makes sense.

        Intentional or not, it’s not showing up as NSFW content for me either. Unexpected to see this appearing in my feed which was expected to be SFW.

          You might want to consider writing a bug report. It blurs on my end if I set NSFW images to blur, but I am using the default lemmynsfw.com web client, which may function differently then whichever one you are using…
