That’s the only one I use if I want a quick stream of something, yeah. SakuraCircle is great for DDL/Torrents of newer soft-subbed H-anime, but doesn’t always pick things up. Nyaa is for everything else, but is torrent-only.
The FMHY section on hanime has a ton of other alternatives I haven’t tried.
