Love how facebook grew from the one single asshole who doesn’t need to be anywhere near the platform.

100% this kind of techbro need to be cool and liked is one of the main drivers behind why our nation is fucked right now. Zuck, Musk and all of the other guys flipped right when people called them out on legitimate bullshit because they could find easy validation among the MAGA rubes, MRA choads, and conspiracy nutters. They sold out their platforms and the country for a tiny dose of external validation. Fragile little man-children.

Zuck’s “How do you do, fellow kids?” Didn’t work when he was in college either, that’s why Facebook is his avenue of human interaction.

Having a midlife crisis and suddenly dressing like you’re really into the world’s shittiest rap-rock band generally doesn’t endear you with the public. Especially not when you’re laying people off by the tens of thousands.

    From TFA:

So, while Zuck may be playing the part of the cool guy, Americans haven’t been fooled by his gold chains or musical ambitions, it seems.

Yet they’ve been fooled by a fat orange fascist buffoon. Go figure…

The difference is that Zuckerberg is pretending to be a Totally Cool Dude^TM, whereas Trump is authentically a psychopath manbaby moron. People are very good at detecting inauthenticity.

31% of Americans voted for Trump. And less than half of American voters voted for him.

The reason we have this geriatric Hitler in power is due to corruption. It’s not the American people as a whole being fooled, it’s the American people as a whole being oppressed.

I don’t often see this stance taken on here — where victim blaming might be seen by many internationally as “punching up” due to former US hegemony — but I agree.

It’s not only more technically accurate, it’s more useful knowledge in terms of what actions must next be taken, because anyone from any country who thinks this phenomenon is purely American is in for a rude awakening.

The crisis and its roots are global. The solution must likewise be global. I just hope history shows that Americans pulled their weight in the coming global struggle that has only just begun.

Is this supposed to be reassuring? Because I’ll tell you what I think: more than 10,000 total across the entire country voting for the orange utan is absolutely alarming.

Yeah, a non vote is still a political stance, and shows that a large portion of the population doesn’t care. It’s naive to just lump them in assuming they’d vote against Trump.

Americans has a huge population that is unhinged. These constant attempts to downplay how much of the population is supposedly not supportive of Trump isn’t reassuring at when it hasn’t made the difference in people world wide being affected.

There is not enough money on Earth to make him look or be better. Even sealing him in a lead box, filled with liquid lead won’t help. Still horrific.

Sadly I am unable to make this a reality. But it’s posted here on the internet as a ‘suggested solution’ for anyone that has the ability to test this ‘scientific’ theory out.

I’d need him to sign a waiver, though.

I don’t think a PR blitz is going to change many peoples mind about snuggling up to a giant piece of shit. A turd is a turd.
