In my case, I also considered a PA, but wifey was against. Which works out well as we’re super happy with the TS for its versatility, and it can support weights (at least for me) of up to 3 lbs.
I don’t necessarily use TS for caging purposes or long term wear (compared to PA), but for other play possibilities.

I desperately want a PA Piercing, but was told by a couple piercers that my frenulum is large, and it would rub.
I’m still tempted to go ahead with it, and just see if it heals.
I’m also thinking a pair of frenum piercings, or even a reverse PA.
Any thoughts?
