That’s basically been the mantra of this new FTC. The organization was corrupt and useless for so long that even with the change in leadership and a promise to go after the big targets, it’s far too little too late. Amazon’s stronger than most countries at this point, the U.S. can no longer realistically regulate them. I think your prediction might even be overly optimistic, I’m expecting this to lead absolutely nowhere, just like every other fight this new FTC has tried to pick.
