Don’t know what you can see, but since whatever upgrade (downgrade) was done to this system, several things have gone wrong on my end. The NSFW button is unchecked now instead of default checked, hassle. Previews seem to appear or not appear whenever. So this is what I see for Miss Piggy Toes …
I think this is just an issue with caching thumbnails and it seems to be affected by traffic. I posted something last night and the thumbnail was the broken link image in your picture. I deleted the post but obviously it’s still visible in my profile. In the morning the problem with that post had rectified itself.
I bounced this problem off Lemmyposter212 the other day and he didn’t have much to offer other than the possibility of the images being too hi-res. I’m starting to see several of these broken link icons going by this AM, Miss Piggy Toes still hasn’t produced a preview after 22 hours. Do we have a forum (community) to deal with problems like this that you know of?
Right, so you can see there that Roksolana does have a preview pic and that the massive picture of Sowan doesn’t. Yet. So it looks like there’s two issues, one with the generation of thumbnails and second with how those thumbnails present in different browsers. I will say that upgrade seems to have made the site worse from a users perspective.
