I remember when it first came out and there wasn’t much CGI in it. Then about a month later, the CGI version was released. I swear they said that the reason was that the CGI, which was still pretty cutting edge at the time, wasn’t completed on time, so they released it without it. I never heard anything about it being censored. But I suppose I could have misremembered it.
