Is it still called chastity if you’re not caged but still not allowed to cum or touch yourself. Seems like there should be another term for it like “Absolute Restriction”.

I’ve seen such things referred to as chastity on the honor system or similar phrases. I think it’s fair to call it a kind of chastity, though if you prefer to refer to it differently, there’s certainly nothing wrong with that.
I agree. It’s still chastity (chaste) imo.
It seems the explicit association of cages with “Chastity” is a relatively recent phenomenon within the last 5+ years
Honor Chastity is what I’ve called it (and heard it called)
