If every company would transition successfully towards a worker cooperative federation like Mondragon in Spain, oligarchs wouldnt exist
(enlighten me and my ignorance please, always eager to get new insight. especially on topics like these, that arent my main focus)
Mondragon was founded by a humanist and ingrained the company with a set of core virtues. I think most companies wouldn’t be able to transition so radically.
I learned about Mondragon from your comment, they seem to do great work! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mondragon_Corporation
Survival of the fittest, I wouldn’t mind tossee them lose fat with given head up of transitioning deadlines.
Aren’t adaptability and all those buzz words what corpos mafias always brag about :D
If society would see that as the goal of every company and to do so in a way that doesn’t discourage investment I suspect things might be better ovv
