And then it hallucinates. What part of that reads as “AI” to you anyway? It’s just searching through text and photos to pull stuff that seems to be related based on search parameters which is something search engines have been doing for years without being called AI.

Look, I’m not at all saying we’ve reached a ceiling yet but calling any of this “AI” right now is just incorrect. Even the LLMs are spending too much time telling you what you want to hear because they don’t actually know what’s happening.
