Gregory Moore allegedly killed Aliza Sherman to avoid going to court
Why did he not want to try the case?
That’s not in the article, but they do say he also called in bomb threats to the same court, and pleaded guilty to that. So it seems like he really didn’t want to go to court. Maybe he was just woefully unprepared?
Damn dude, just fake it and say you got food poisoning or something like a normal person
Fugue state.
Hell yeah. It also explains the nudity!
I know, I
rta! I’m wondering if the husband paid more or if he was just not prepared. My curiosity is at once a boon and bane!*Autocorrect is a bane.
That’s one way to get rid of an annoying client…
Imagine if retail workers could use this method. There would be a lot less people in the world, and some manners learnt fairly quickly.
The article didn’t even try to answer my biggest question. Why was he so desperate not to try the case (or, if the suspicions are correct, other cases)?
Just pure speculation here, but going to court may have made public information that would have been detrimental to him in some way. Maybe something that would cost him his law licence, some sort of fraud on his part.
Damn, that’s a movie pitch.
I can understand hating a case enough to feel like murdering. My biggest question is why it took them 13 years to indict somebody. Hard to believe they suddenly found bombshell evidence after that long.
Damn. Just say no.
You actually can’t if you are already on record. Only the judge can dismiss you for cause.
Well shite
Now that’s going above and beyond
well now he’ll only ever go to court as a defendant.
