Second kind with the barrel lock is superior for long term wear, just make sure you get your sizing right.

It’s very discreet, just get the smallest size you fit in. Peeing is fine, there’s a hole at the end of the cage that your dick should line up with if you’ve sized the cage properly.
There are a lot of different variations and price ranges for that style of cage, but most of the price difference comes from quality of material. And it does make a difference particularly as far as retaining smells.
