No, capes are because superheroes have their origin in comics, and on the static artwork of a comic, capes made it much easier to show action than regular clothing.
They had the option to remove capes. until you run simulations as is and the cape floats up too high to show man ass. Director gets uncomfortably mad at that.at least as far as dc is concerned.

My favorite part of this is that they have this, but then install all the nude female mods, or the big boob mods.
Like, I can’t find a decent male armor mod on Nexus without going through pages and pages of the most thirsty ass nude/skimpy mods. I know I can block them, but that also hides some gore related mods, so I just sit there and wonder at the depravity of people who look at polygons in the shape of a human and get off to it. :X
