Just read up on them. Supposedly, according to mbfc, they lean far left, have no credentials, and didn’t seem to provide any sources:

TheSarkariForm.com exhibits a Left bias, particularly in its coverage of President Donald Trump and his administration. The site frequently publishes articles that portray Trump negatively, often without providing sources or evidence to support the claims.

A casual search has the first articles on 1/11/25, so either they are new or they have been purging old history. Add to this that they didn’t have any archive.org results from before 1/25/25, that’s another suggestion that they just started.
