On the Identification and Treatment of Inadequate Men

Statement of Purpose

The purpose of this document is to specify the best way of identifying inadequate men, how inadequate men should think and behave, how they should be restricted, and how they should be treated by others.

Terminology and Pronouns

The term inadequate man is abbreviated as IM, and the term inadequate men is abbreviated as IMs.

For the purposes of this document the terms man and men may include both proper men and IMs. While most would consider the term “man” inappropriate to use for an IM, we’re limited by the English language. When the distinction is important the terms proper man/men, and IM/IMs will be used instead.

While this may offend some, for the purposes brevity and readability, this document will use the masculine pronouns “he/him” to include both IMs and proper men. Different pronouns considered to be more accurate or informative may be used for individual IMs.

Identification

Many people believe they can identify IMs by outward appearance, activities, or even political affiliation. Some see a man who is overly muscular, driving a specific type of vehicle, or even making certain statements, and assume that identifies him as an IM. In some situations, maybe even most, these people may indeed be IMs, but these are not reliable identification methods.

For the purposes of identification as an IM, a legal adult must first believe, that if not inadequate, he would otherwise be an adult man. The previous statement should make it clear, but we state it here explicitly, transgender women cannot be identified as IMs without their own self identification. Without their own self identification we can be unsure if there is any delusions of manhood that would make the criteria appropriate. We recognize however, that many transgender women may enjoy our treatment of the vestige applied to themselves, but that must be self imposed.

Note, a person should not be confused or deluded into thinking that an IM should be considered a woman. He is neither proper male nor female. We refer to him generally has a man because if he were not inadequate he may have consider himself a man.

IM identification cannot be imposed on transgender men. Anyone not born as a biological male yet feels the rightness of it for himself is a proper man. However, some transgender men may self identify as an IM, or otherwise enjoy our treatment of the vestige applied to themselves.

Criteria

In order to appropriately identify an IM the following criteria is simple, repeatable, verifiable, and considered very liberal. It may error on the side of false negatives, but we would rather a few IMs escape identification than any proper man being falsely identified as an IM.

The identification must be done by measuring his organ, that would otherwise be a man’s penis, referred to as the organ, from the top center base in a straight line to the top center tip.  The man is allowed to attempt to get this organ erect prior to measurement.  If he cannot get it erect this does not change the measurement criteria.  At the base the measuring device should merely touch the abdomen where it meets the organ and not push into the flesh of the abdomen.  The measurement should be done while he is standing upright.  It may be done while he is laying down only if he is unable to stand upright.  During the measurement the organ may not be moved, stretched, or shifted from its natural resting position more than what is necessary to complete the measurement.  The measurement should not take into consideration any curvature of the organ, meaning the measurement must be along a straight line from the base to the tip.  If this measurement is less than 12cm the organ is considered a vestige and the individual measured should be clearly identified as an IM so that others may know to treat him appropriately.

If he does not have a organ that would otherwise be a penis, he can be identified as an IM.

Measurement and identification as an IM must be done with his knowledge and consent.

Vestige

The IM’s vestige does not need to be removed, and removal is not recommended due to the risks involved. However, everyone, including the IM, his caretakers, and partners should avoid all activities and actions that would directly stimulate the vestige. Ideally it should never be touched for any purpose other than urination and cleaning. Everyone, including the IM himself, best always think and behave as if the vestige does not exist.

Any acknowledgement of the vestige could confuse the IM with thoughts and desires only appropriate for proper men, and could lead to the serious risk of him acting on these desires as if he were actually a proper man. This is the most serious violation an IM can commit. Ideally, it should be concealed and constrained in a manner that only permits the IM to urinate and clean the vestige especially if the IM is to be left on his own for an extended periods of time. Thus avoiding the risk of inappropriate masturbation.

Sex

This document will use the term partner for those that wish to have sex with an IM, possibly due to a fetish, experimentation, or possibly for remuneration. The term caretaker is used for people that generally care about or possibly feel compassion towards an IM, but may not wish to be a sexual partner.

An IM must never be allowed penetrative sex with his vestige.  This is a damaging and egregious act for both himself and his partners.  Penetrative sex should provide a productive purpose for both parties. While sex with vestige may provide minimal gratification to the IM, it cannot serve any valid purpose for his partners. The IM will feel his inadequacy.

At no point should an IMs partner or caretaker attempt to tend to the IMs sexual pleasure or gratification. While this can be a challenge for caretakers or partners with a vestige fetish, any recognition of the IMs sexual pleasure could shift his attention and concern to his own sexual gratification. Allowing an IM be concerned for his own sexual gratification and pleasure can lead him to unhealthy thoughts and attitudes. The only healthy way an IM can achieve sexual gratification is from someone else using him for their own sexual gratification first.

We recognize the restrictions necessary for the vestige requires more creative ways to extract sexual gratification from an IM. As long as the vestige is treated properly, no laws are broken, and all acts are consensual, an IM can be used in any way for his partners’ sexual gratification. The IM must only experience sexual gratification vicariously from his partner’s pleasure.

Ideally an IM should not allow himself to achieve orgasm without being certain that he has pleasured his partner successfully.  If he does not successfully pleasure his partners he may be punished.  If a good IM feels his partner has feigned their pleasure he should not allow himself to achieve orgasm and ask how he can do better.

Caretakers should recognize they would do a disservice to the IM if they were to violate these restrictions. They would confuse and mislead the IM. Helping him learn to experience sexual gratification completely vicariously is the best way to show compassion and care for an IM.

Masturbation

We recognize an IM may get minimal opportunities for sexual gratification due to the restrictions necessary on his vestige and sexual activities.

He may become less productive and overly distracted by unfulfilled sexual urges. Ideally his partners and or caretakers would use him for their own sexual gratification while maintaining proper treatment of the vestige. Thus, allowing the IM healthy sexual release vicariously. However, this may not always possible and at these times he may be given permission to seek self sexual gratification by his caretakers. He must first attempt to do so without touching his vestige. Ideally the vestige should be left constrained. Masturbatory activities that may simulate sex acts only appropriate for proper men should be strictly prohibited. The IM must be trained to get self sexual release from actives and fantasies that simulate his use by someone else for their pleasure. The simplest way to do this is via anal stimulation, where he can imagine his partner has a penis and is penetrating the IM’s anus for pleasure. It’s a simple and direct way the IM can fantasize and feel as if he’s giving someone else pleasure. He should also make sure the device he uses to simulate a penis is large enough to be considered a proper penis. This will remind him of his inadequate vestige and his identity as an IM. His thoughts and fantasies are critical to his healthy sexual release. He must not actively focus his attention on his own sexual release. He should fantasize that his sexual partner is getting pleasure from him. However, using the anus has the benefit of also stimulating the IM’s prostate which can quicken results. Anal stimulation is not required. The IM can practice oral sex during masturbation by simulating it with his device. Developing good oral skills is critical for the IM to give pleasure to either males or females.

Only after considerable effort has failed to achieve sexual release without touching his vestige may he be allowed to touch his vestige. At this point he must make sure his sexual fantasies do not involve him performing inappropriate sex acts. One possible healthier fantasy could be that his partner is forcing another IM to touch his vestige to humiliate both of them for the partner’s pleasure. Fantasies that involve his partner touching his vestige should be appropriately framed and must involve his partner’s pleasure from the perverse act of acknowledging his vestige. The IM should feel humiliated by the perversion. He should apologize to his partners and caretakers for touching his vestige as well as any inappropriate fantasies he may have had. His caretakers may then prescribe corrective negative reinforcement to help dissuade similar activities in the future.

Pornography

In the event an IM is forced to attempt self sexual gratification and he has been unable to achieve results without touching his vestige, he should first try supplementing his efforts with appropriate pornography.

Appropriate pornography must depict a character whose role and actions would be appropriate for an IM, so the IM can fantasize about being that character. We refer to this as the character now for brevity. Ideally the character should be a man so the IM can better identify with the character, but understandably the actor portraying the character may not fit the criteria of an IM in reality. The character should not “switch” roles at any point seen by the IM. Videos can be edited to exclude any switch in roles. Penis penetration should depict that which is appropriate for an IM, such as the mouth and anus. Vaginal penetration would be harder for the IM to identify with. In the most appropriate pornography the character has his penis treated as a vestige. If the only pornography found has the IM character’s penis touched, then next best choice is where the character’s penis remains flaccid. At no point would it be appropriate for the IM to see this character’s penis ejaculate while being touched in any way. Any penis ejaculations from the character should depict that which would be appropriate for the IM. It must not be visibly provoked or stimulated, as if occurring in a healthy vicarious way from his partner’s pleasure. BDSM and Femdom material may be easier to find characters an IM can identify with.

Justice and Corrective Education

Part of helping an Inadequate Man learn how to live a healthy, productive, and meaningful life involves negative reinforcement as a result of his violations.  This helps dissuade him from further violations and provides justice to those who were violated.  The person violated should be given the opportunity to choose and deliver an appropriate punishment for the Inadequate Man.

A well adjusted Inadequate Man may recognize inappropriate thoughts and acts of masturbation and may submit himself for corrective measures by his partner or caretaker.  He should only attempt self punishment if he has notified his partner or caretaker of his indiscretion and they have prescribed an appropriate self punishment for him.
