    It’s not the worst thing in the world. I feel like a Federated Booru work would best, but this is a good second choice.

      I would have to say, yeah, it sucks compared to having your own server. It’s awesome not having to pay for it though. And, at least, it’s distributed: one lemmnsfw instance might go down, but others will come up to replace and replicate the data set eventually.

    Is it worth deactivating downvotes on the broader community? It looks like lemmynsfw has disabled them because people are just downvoting anything that appears in their instances. Should we do the same? Right now the OP is at -8.
