Since Unity’s decided to stab me in the back, and with twitter blowing itself up, I’ve lost the fire in my heart for game development for the time being. Still, I did make some cool characters and character concepts for those games which I think I’ll upload so that they weren’t wasted effort and folks will actually get some ‘eyes on’ the art after all.

I’d hoped FairyTales (the game this character was from) would show how I’ve grown as an artist for games since The Ambassador’s Coterie went up on Steam (it was for a gamejam so the art was monochrome and sort of sketch-like) but now, without an engine to house it that I’m familiar with and in general the disappointment I’ve had in all that prepwork and investment going up in smoke – I’m putting that project along with all my other ones on indefinite hiatus which may mean they’re canceled.

Still, doesn’t mean you can’t appreciate this nice slab of lizardy meat, right?
