Ah yes because murdering your own law abiding army serving citizens who are 100% a part of your society is the same as fighting a terrorist group who runs a region which isn’t part of your country for over a decade.

100% the same, let’s mark jewish houses in Berlin since they’re also obviously nazis. /s

The report by the special rapporteur also accuses Palestinian militias, including those involved in the October 7 massacres in Israel, of violating human rights. Albanese states that the Israeli occupation and the Gaza blockade does not justify the actions of Palestinian armed groups. The report further implies that their indiscriminate rocket attacks against Israeli civilians and children can be viewed as war crimes. However, the report concludes that Israel’s brutal reprisals on Gaza’s densely populated residential areas also cannot be justified.

This sums up this whole mess rather well.

The Jews (and Christians) have lived in peace for centuries under Islamic rule.

The difference is that Zionists only want (white) Jews on their land and Muslims (and Christians) cannot live in peace under Zionist rule because the israeli ethos is one of ethnic cleansing

Everyone knows that if a terrorist takes a hostage, you murder the hostage and their entire family!

Every single man, woman, and child who dies by your hand deserved it, because you’re the goodie fighting a holy war against evil; otherwise god wouldn’t have allowed it!

Albanese states that the Israeli occupation and the Gaza blockade does not justify the actions of Palestinian armed groups.

Lady states a litany of atrocities committed against Palestinians by Israel that even the Apartheid-regime would have had trouble keeping up - but then still feels the need to pretend that the Palestinians don’t have any right to retaliate in kind to any of this.

You can’t make this shit up.

There’s no need to pretend. A war crime doesn’t justify the other side to commit one in return. The international law certainly doesn’t support a kind of tally system to check if one side still has committed to many crimes and a few more against them are OK.

Considering their direct quote was “the civilians suffer on both sides” I think it’s quite clear they’re saying both Hamas and the Israeli leadership suck here. It’s a brutal war and there is no good team playing by the rules doing their best not to take out innocent civilians. It’s clear leadership on both sides hates the civilians on the other side of their border.

This is the only independent institution right now, that really protects human rights.

Don’t forget that all those resolutions are voted by emissaries of different countries and a directive to be approved needs to be approved by the majority of those countries.

Not to forget that the UN approved the founding of Israel.

So perhaps you should question yourself if the majority of the countries think that what you are doing is wrong, if it is really a problem with the institution or with your actions.

Ah yes, straight from the playbooks of your country’s propaganda, discredit the institution.

The facts are that in the latest UN resolution calling for a ceasefire 120 countries voted YES, 14 NO and 40 ABSTAINED, this means that 120 out of 174 countries that voted in this particular resolution think what Israel is doing in Gaza is wrong. Let that sink in. The vast majority of the international community are telling you that what you are doing in Gaza is wrong.

The U stands for United, and is an institution that was formed after WWII to prevent in the future global war conflicts of happening. And let me remind you of the fact that without the UN, Israel wouldn’t exist.

But yes, Israel good, UN bad.

This is not just about the strikes, read the fucking article.

minors in the Palestinian territories have endured systematic violence for decades. According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), 1,434 Palestinian children have been killed between 2008 and August 31 of this year, with most deaths attributed to Israeli forces. The UN Office for Children and Armed Conflicts (CAAC) documented 1,679 cases of maimed minors between 2019 and 2022. Defense for Children International, citing UNICEF data, reported that 3,000 Palestinian children have been detained, interrogated, tried and imprisoned since 2000. A significant number of these minors (1,598 in the past decade) needed medical attention while under arrest, suggesting possible mistreatment.

There are cases of this even in the West bank. Should I copy the whole article for you?

That’s also a cover for the IDF violence. Hamas bombed their own hospital, used children for cover, AND IDF bought the bait and bombs civilians. Kids as bait wins, every time, don’t take the bait. People are smarter and better than that. Terrorist takes cover behind a child, they won the argument, hands down. No way we hurt kids. And that’s not the philosophy observed
