        Whatsapp/messenger are closed source, there is no API to access them other than the official applications or web access.

        Most emacs web browsers are more on a lynx/links level… They’re good enough to browse documentation or download the odd elisp package from github, but you’ll need something more feature-rich for running modern webapps…

        Or some kind of middleware(like bitlbee or matrix) that you can use in combination with one of the supported emacs frontends like erc or ement…
