The Mantor is my first and only restoration device, I picked it since it had the best reviews on Reddit. I highly recommend it. It’s essentially invisible through clothing. It’s very comfortable and easy to forget about, especially with the new silicone pad that goes between the pusher and glans; the pad essentially removes the need for a moisturizer. I’ve only CBT’d myself with it once or twice and it’s been because I used the thing incorrectly and opted to “soldier through” device pain. Make sure you know whether your frenulum is intact before choosing a pusher.
The only big issue I have with it is the interface between the threaded rod and the pusher. The receiving threads inside the pusher will inevitably rust away after a few months of normal cleaning, even if you think you’ve dried it well enough after each cleaning. However, once those threads disappear it allows you to hand-adjust the tension without removing the device, by twisting the cap at the end of the rod.
Nice I’ll order one. Also reading the website and fuck I had no idea some guys were circumcised so tightly that they don’t have a frenulum that’s terrible.
That’s a new product and a lot nicer looking than the foreskin restorer I used in the past. Do you recommend it?
