Easy. A couple years ago I was doing about 40 MPH on a highway when I was rear ended by a drunk driver. She hit the rear corner, and before I knew what was happening I was spinning across 3 lanes of the highway. Luckily I didn’t hit any other cars, and ended up doing a complete 360 degree spin before coming to a stop in the breakdown lane. My left rear tire was bent almost sideways.

Getting clipped by another car, suffering a tire blowout, or quickly swerving to avoid another car or some debris in the road could easily cause you to end up in this position

Her car was also totaled. She also spun and was facing backwards (like this photo) but in the middle of the highway. A highway patrol happened upon the scene about a minute later, followed by a few other troopers, fire trucks, and an ambulance. The troopers spoke with her for 15 minutes or so then arrested her for DUI.

Tired stop doing the grippy grip, and car starts a spiny spin.
