    This is a human monitor and for a cat on human test it should read between 50-120. Yup lots of pricks. He was a trooper today!

      Between 50 and 120? Interesting. For a human the range is 70-140. Most people with T1 try to stay around the middle as to avoid going low.

      50 (assuming the units are mg/dl) is rather low for a human. 70 is more the lower end of normal. Below 70 and you definitely start noticing symptoms of hypoglycemia
