People will get mad at me, but- Facebook. Sorry, it’s how my on-the-spectrum brother wants to stay in touch with me and I’d like to maintain a relationship with him which is more important to me than saying fuck you to Zuckerberg.

Hopefully that will keep most of the rabid wolves at bay.

You can use the gloves and red shorts, they were in the Steamboat Willie title card of the same year.

Is there some official documents or is it kinda just see who will sue over what and let a judge decide?

Also, red pants yes, but it looks like he wasn’t wearing gloves

Is it truly official now? Mortimer is now in the public domain, and Disney hasn’t extended his copyright another 100 years?

I believe you’ll find that Mickey is racist propaganda, not antisemitic.

      https://read.dukeupress.edu/books/book/188/Birth-of-an-IndustryBlackface-Minstrelsy-and-the

On the other hand, Steamboat Willie is now public domain, so you can make that Mickey (but not modern Mickey and not in a way that violates trademark) as racist or antiracist as you want. Disney can do nothing about it. If you want to redub Steamboat Willie so that he is reciting Hitler’s Fourteen Words, you have the right to do that. If you want to edit CGI pride flags into Minnie’s hands, you can do that too. That’s the beauty of Disney losing their copyright on Steamboat Willie. Mickey is not just doing his job anymore because Mickey no longer has a job to do. Mickey now belongs to all of us and fuck Disney.

I think it’s because now that mickey mouse is public domain people can use him however they want which pisses off disney, a corporation, and this post is anti corporation.
