Booking at the restaurant means no need to pay just to go up?
Yeah, I believe you just pay the price for the food, but it’s not an extra charge on top of that for dining at the top of the tower or visiting the observation deck while there. “ 360 guests must spend a minimum of $75 on food per person (minimum spend is $40 for children 4 to 12) which includes elevation to the restaurant and access to the CN Tower’s observation levels following your meal. ”
