    It’s British, it’s much shorter but hits harder, probably won’t be extended, and a few years after it’s last seen in public all records of it will be destroyed

    It’s actually worse in some ways than major depression, and often includes episodes of major depression. The prognosis is worse; it’s often undiagnosed; and it’s poorly studied.
