Not sure of a good one off hand, but I’m the art world it’s usually called “life drawing,” or sometimes “figure drawing,” so you might search for those with “lesson” or “tutorial.”

I feel like any practice with form - male or female - is what you want. Pretty much all traditional art involves form so just follow those, don’t worry about nsfw.

Is there no draw me nsfw here? Why not just practice? I did a couple of drawings for the reddit thread but the retro community here has pretty good models/poses too.
