Wasn’t sure you are aware of this but Imgur banned all NSFW content about a year ago. So by the time I came across your post, the image was already removed from imgur.
As an alternative, you could go for Redgifs, which a lot of people seem to like or for something more toned down like freeimage.host

I don’t know how that works (i.e. you upload it to lemmynsfw but it is uploaded to/hosted at imgur - maybe a quirk of your fronted?) but the media seems to be hosted on imgur and can’t be seen anymore.

No worries. Started to see that on a lot of posts lately. Interesting that it seems to display it fine for you, for me it’s just an imgur link that’s obviously leading to a 404 page.
Probably cached, hence works for the first few that saw it before removal.
