I can’t believe that “My Summer Car” isn’t on here, I feel like it fits the theme of amazing but slightly disturbing Finnish games
I might be misunderstanding the question, so if you’re looking to make an existing android device you have work like this, please ignore the below.
Maybe a Google Nest Mini would do what you’re looking for? It’s definitely got the ability to be interacted with entirely verbally, but I guess the downside is a smaller selection of apps that do work with it (there is a list on the Google store of which apps it works with)
I think posters/flyers are one of the most powerful ways to reach people in a local area, you’ve got to be in the local area to see them, right?
Another way to spread the word can be via the internet, Facebook is god awful, but a lot of communities will have something akin to a noticeboard that is another effective way to get the word out.
I would love a new Rayman game in the format of Rayman 3! Don’t get me wrong, the 2d games were great, but it just doesn’t scratch the same itch
Currently the Settings app in windows doesn’t have the same level of features as the control panel does. It’s definitely got most features that normal users will need, but if you’re a power user or a system admin, you’ll quickly find yourself having to swap over to control panel to configure anything past the very basics for quite a few different parts of windows. This change will be fine if Microsoft achieve feature parity between settings and control panel, so that there’s no lost functionality when they get rid of control panel.
I think most people are a bit upset at the idea of the control panel disappearing because they don’t trust that Microsoft will end up reaching that feature parity, leaving people with less options to control their own devices effectively.
The reflections are absolutely beautiful in this painting, and it has such a tranquil air about it. Great artwork, thanks for sharing it here
You could try and make a DIY swamp cooler? There’s lots of instructions online for how to make them, and basically the only consumable is water. The only caveat is that they work by drawing hot air in from an open window to evaporate water, so it’s not very effective in high humidity or low temperatures.
Not that it makes the situation that much better, but that’s $895 Billion, not Trillion
I’ve recently been playing a lot of We Who Are About To Die, and even though it’s an early access game, its been great fun. It’s a roguelite physics-based arena fighter where you play as an aspiring gladiator, and fight your way up the ranks. The multiple types of matches and mutators really keep the gameplay feeling fresh, and the mechanics are surprisingly deep.
The other game that I’ve been playing a lot is Dinkum, which is somewhat like a mix of Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley, with heavy Australian Outback overtones. It’s a nice game to play with friends and significant others, since there’s plenty to do with a good mix of action and cosy gameplay.
I think they’re lamps made out of beer bottles (just with no lightbulbs installed yet, they’d sit in the top).
For anyone who’s interested, there was a movie made that was loosely based on this story called Oddball: https://m.imdb.com/title/tt3401748/
I think it’s Gen 6 (PS2/Xbox). But at the time the Gen 6 consoles were new, the Gen 3 that you consider retro was about 20 years old, just like these consoles are now. I think they still fit the label of retro pretty well, but it’s always hard to consider something newer than your childhood as “old” tbh
The Second inners are wheel wells/fenders, like the ones they use on the speed champions sets
I just built this set the other day! It looks really nice, and there are some really cool pieces being used (like the minifig whips used as the center petals). It is a little repetitive because you’re building multiples of each rose type, but they at least have a few variations so it’s not just the same thing the entire build.
I’m always partial to “PONYO LOVES HAM!!!”
(If you’re wondering why mine looks weird it’s from YT Music instead of Spotify)
I always find with these recaps that I don’t remember listening to one specific song more than others, and I’m constantly surprised by what the top 5 are. That being said, I usually just listen to the personalized mixes, so maybe part of it is the algorithm deciding that I really like a song because I haven’t skipped it 🤷
Backpack Hero gets close to that in a rougelike/lite kind of way
From just some cursory googling it looks like they are toxic when raw, but frying them neutralizes the toxicity. That’s probably why you’ve never noticed!
Right? Why wouldn’t I just want a random grab bag of every song I’ve ever enjoyed? It keeps you on your toes, that’s for sure.
