I’m pretty sure the image predates much of the current AI stuff that can do image generation. I think the lighting is predominately what gives it the feel you mention.

I believe those are electrodes from a TENS unit. So basically they are there to intermittently give her an electrical shock.
The electricity passes from one pad to the other through whatever tissue is directly between them so in this case….
There is nothing hotter than a woman who takes care of herself and is in great shape.

I don’t know, that’s how I found it. Forgive me I still thought it was pretty hot.
I think part of it is the lighting. A strong flash without diffuser has been used, even though it looks like daytime. The shadow behind her is very unnatural in angle for a sunny day which contributes to the unnatural feeling of the image.
Good god that’s hot.
