I’ve completely dropped off BF this year, and don’t even have much of an idea of what has been released! Would appreciate a suggestion for what to jump into first. Thinking about the Second Doctor / James McCrimmon box if that’s out yet.

I’m a LibreTube person myself, but only because I can’t figure out how to access a YT channel’s playlists in NewPipe. A couple of my subscriptions have unlisted videos that are in playlists (for example MLIG live streams). LibreTube isn’t perfect though. I cannot fully disable the “Home” page.

I was raised with it! Tom was my doc, and Leela my companion. That said, I think I’d struggle with a complete watch. Best I ever did was about 13 years ago I had swine flu and was ill for two weeks, and blasted through all Jon Pertwee. Those first season ones with the 7 episode stories see did drag, but it all picked up when the Master appeared.

I’m also not OP but I have one of these. Also using GarlicOS. Took a bit of tweaking the get things set up, but loving it. I’d definitely recommend, but you may need to fiddle to get it working exactly right. Struggles with some PS1 titles, but otherwise excellent.

Using a Kingrinder K4, which I believe shares burrs with the 1zpresso J-Max. Takes probably less than a minute to grind 18g of medium roast. Pretty happy with it. I think it has about 250 clicks, so lots of precision.

I’m an espresso handgrinder sort of person, but I do know that the Ode 2 is pretty well thought of for pour over. If you aren’t doing espresso I don’t think you can go wrong with it. James Hoffman did a video review on his YouTube channel a few months back.

Gaggia Classic. You can probably get by with your Timemore C3 for a while. If you are upgrading and sticking with a handgrinder, there are grinders in the 1zpresso and cheaper Kingrinder ranges that will have a much wider range for espresso grinding.
