Yeah of course, but with how messed up the filter options are on lemmy right now all sorts of stuff show up. At least with r/all it had to be popular.

I do the same. Back on Reddit I always used r/all, but here that just doesn’t look to be viable at the moment.
I guess I’ll be trying it again then soon.
Sweet, glad you got it figured out. How is your experience with Cloudflare Tunnels? I’ve tried to get it setup in the past and only ran into issues so punted on it.
Not on the container side, I just run the vanilla instance. On my phone I run Nova so I can pick whatever icon I want for the installed pwa app, but I’m boring so I didn’t. After reinstalling it a bunch of times trying to debug stuff I gave up changing it.
Yeah that is too much work for sure. I’d probably do the same. Last time I updated all I did after the container update is navigate to settings, then check for updates and it pops up immediately. I’ll keep an eye on it for next time to double check.
That sucks then, not sure why the behavior is different.
edit same versions as myself as well
What OS and browser are you using? Firefox Android here, it gets the new version immediately after updating my docker instance. I refresh and the update pops up.
It was more important when we were being rate limited originally. Now not so much, but I’m largely keeping it until Sync is ready.
It is called a progressive web app, or commonly referred to as PWA.
I might just have lower standards here, but most of my content is 1080p at best for movies. Having 2k 4K HDR releases just isn’t viable for most people, now at 1080p it is a bit more palatable. I incorrectly assumed his content composition, so yes my setup isn’t for all scenarios.
I’ve used as little as a virtual machine running on my gaming computer to a full blown dedicated server. Really for transcoding as long as it has some cpu cores you can have a good dedicated older machine running plex fine. You don’t need a gpu at all for a handful of streams. I think my max concurrent was 5 ever and I only upgraded for maintainability purposes.

Yeah, I just read the post about the rate limiting. I’m still getting used to all of this so didn’t think to check for a community specifically for it.
My only issue has been constant “failed to load post” messages. Really sucks the fun out of it.
Update revanced, it works now
