Curious what others have found when transitioning to a vaporizer. Been a flower bong smoker for 3 ish years and the hockers got to be too much.

Got the arizer xq2 yesterday and have been enjoying the lack of black phlegm but the high is much headdier as opposed to body of the traditional bong.

Vapor sneaks up on you lol, being able to blow it directly in with the fan is nice too. Haven’t fucked with the bags yet as it seems a little much. Been treating lungs as the bags with that fan honestly

What were your experiences/thoughts when going to a vape?

I was going to buy the Mighty+, but ended going with the POTV Lobo because it has replaceable batteries. I did a double take when I found out that the Mighty doesn’t have replaceable batteries. I assumed a device that goes through batteries this fast just must be replaceable. Capitalism strikes again.

The replacement batteries for the Lobo are $10 so I bought two extra.

Replaceable batteries would be nice. I can get probably 6+ sessions at 190°c before needing a charge, but it also has charge pass through, so I can use it while charging. If I had USB C like the Mighty+, I’d be able to to it off with a portable battery pack.

For me, I don’t think I’ve been without power for long enough where it’s been I problem, but I have planned poorly before.

If you want hot swappable batteries, check out the Tinymight or Arizer Argo (Davinci IQ has one too, but they are a horrible, horrible company).

You could also try a Dynavap with an induction coil (YLL2 and iSpire Wand are both good, I prefer the YLL2) as those also take 18650s.

Yeah, a little bit of a bummer you have to crack it open to replace the bats on the Mighty, but you can do it. There’s lots of how-to’s online. After using mine daily for over a year though my batteries are still doing well.

I watched that video about replacing the batteries before I switched to the Lobo. I just don’t trust my abilities enough to try it. I applaud people who have the necessary skills to swap them out, though. I’m sure it’s easier than I think it is.

I’ve been eyeing the Mighty+ because the barrel charger for my mighty is damaged. I could buy a new charger, but I would really like USB C. Hard to justify the price when my unit still works though. Right below the barrel, one of my wires broke, so I just make them touch to charge. I need to strip it back and solder it, but I’ve been lazy.
