I feel like there’s not much improvement opposed to the week before. I did do a lot of exercise though. The diet probably has to do with this. More food would probably improve this. What are your thoughts? Negative or positive, feel free to comment.

      Thank you :) it’s a battle every day, but I’m enjoying the fight, seeing regular victories is a great motivator.
