Many sissies go through “cycles” in which their desires rise, then peak, then crash, only to repeat all over again weeks or months later. Here is a graphic a friend of mine made illustrating the concept of cycles

Is it possible that this binge-and-purge cycle could be overcome by intentionally suppressing sissy urges when at the peak of a cycle? That way, sissies would be less likely to make impulsive decisions they’d regret. Instead, they would focus on self-improvement and everyday responsibilities.

Likewise, when they’re at the bottom of a cycle, sissies could promote their desires by watching their favorite hypnos and doing other things they enjoy (in moderation, of course).

In this way, sissies wouldn’t shoot themselves in the foot by overindulging, and so they wouldn’t go through long periods of regret and purging before their desires rise again. In theory, they could stay in a pleasant sissy mindset forever! Here is a much cruder graphic I made to illustrate how the cycles could be “fixed”

What do you gurls think? I know this is a very experimental method and may not work for everyone, but does it have potential?

    I loved all the general well-being stuff you mentioned!! I’m trying similar things. May I ask, how do gooning and overuse of porn lead to malemode for you? Is it a dopamine crash, too much of a good thing, post-nut ‘clarity’?

      IMO they’re interrelated behaviors that can easily be addictive and time-consuming, and thus lead to the neglect of responsibilities that causes a crash back to malemode.

      An example in my own life was when I tried chastity out for a week but didn’t stop using porn. I ended up looking at porn obsessively in every spare second, not sleeping, and being so horny I couldn’t even sleep when I tried. I’m not even sure I came, I just had to crash back to malemode out of pure necessity.

      Being out-of-control horny can sound fun, but unless you’re being taken care of by a dom I don’t think it’s workable. Gooning and porn both boost horniness, and that either leads to the temptation to cum or to emotional overheat that results in lifestyle dysfunction.

      I’ve been trying to avoid gooning and porn the last few weeks - while still cumming on a daily basis, just to my imagination - and I’ve managed to stay in a relaxing latently-sissy mindset without severe peaks or slumps. YMMV of course.

        Really interesting! So it sounds like ‘being out of control horny’ and neglect of responsibilities are what drive us both to malemode, with post-nut reactions also affecting me. For your model-buidling, it seems we have more common in terms of psychological needs than sissy behaviours per se in what drives our cycling. Perhaps because I am more bothered by post-nut reactions, I’ve tried many times to abstain from penile stimulation. 1 week is tough. 3 weeks more so. I’m on day 29 today (further than I’ve ever got), and I feel increasingly ‘over the hump’, where I have the femme/sub/cock-attraction energy I want, but I don’t feel that desperately horny. Of course, this may turn on a dime; I don’t know, I’m in, for me, uncharted territory :P

          That’s really cool! I think it’s possible once you’ve gone “over the hump” and made it a habit, it may be possible to keep at it indefinitely. After all, many people are able to stay locked in chastity long-term without issues.

          I think the keys are just:

          1. not falling for temptations that would lead you to become “out-of-control horny”, and

          2. diligently fulfilling your everyday responsibilities so you don’t have to fall back into malemode, and even if you did, you wouldn’t regret being in sissymode since you didn’t mess up in any way
