IS claimed responsibility pretty much immediately. Putin ignored all that and obviously blamed Ukraine because of course. This is no false flag operation, Russia would never.

Gunmen went in armed, met zero resistance, were busy for over an hour, no police ever showed up.
IS claimed responsibility pretty much immediately.
Putin ignored all that and obviously blamed Ukraine because of course.
This is no false flag operation, Russia would never.
